In 2021, RGV9-1-1 accomplished a huge milestone by fully migrating our regional emergency communication system to Next Generation 9-1-1 (NG9-1-1). Our 9-1-1 system is the most critical infrastructure that is relied upon every day for obtaining assistance in life-or-death situations.
