Addressing Authority

9-1-1 addressing authority for all areas outside city limits in Hidalgo and Willacy counties.

Request Management

Comprehensive 3-step process for property addressing and Geodatabase integration.

Call Routing

Managing Location Validation Function (LVF) for precise carrier call delivery.

PSAP Integration

Real-time GIS replication to all 15 regional Public Safety Answering Points.

Our Evolution

2021

Completed transition from tabular database (MSAG) to GIS-driven GeoMSAG. Migrated to ArcGIS Pro 2.8.1 and implementation of ESRI's Address Data Management Toolset.

2022

Created new ArcGIS Enterprise 10.9.1 infrastructure and developed the RGV9-1-1 HUB site, interconnecting workflows with residents.

2024-2025

Upgraded to ArcGIS Enterprise 11.5 with ArcGIS Indoor support. Deployed automated ticket management via ESRI's Workflow Manager for seamless resident interactions.
